1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 business days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale, clearance, and personal care items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at chicboutiquenz45@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
