1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 business days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale, clearance, and personal care items are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
